The Dallas Stars have avoided arbitration with forward Antoine Roussel, inking the 24-year-old to a four-year deal. The deal carries an annual average value of $2 million. The French-born left winger scored 14 goals and added 15 assists in 81 games with the Stars in 2013-14.
